Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026. This is a working draft — we're finalizing our full policy with counsel.

What we collect

Sanivo collects contact information you provide (name, practice, email, phone), practice-related information you share during audits and onboarding, and technical data your browser sends (IP, device type, referrer). When you become a Sanivo member, we collect the operational data required to run your growth systems on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver Sanivo services, respond to inquiries, run your audit, provide customer support, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data with vetted service providers who help us deliver Sanivo (infrastructure, communications, analytics). All providers handling protected health information are bound by Business Associate Agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@sanivo.ai. Certain jurisdictions (California, EU, others) grant additional rights — we honor them.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for member accounts, and access controls throughout our platform.
